Kerry Center

Located within one city block in Beijing, Kerry Center is an upmarket high rise building complex comprising a 32-story office tower, twin residential towers, a hotel, an athletic club and a retail component. The site development sits on structure above a retail mall and parking garage. 

Two grand water wall features occupy the east and west boundaries of the property, bookending the development and creating oases for the users of the building. Custom hand assembled waterwall panels utilize a novel approach to the stone wall finish while the entry feature utilizes mirrors within the stone tile veneer. In establishing a place-specific approach, the design incorporates the use of local igneous rock and native vegetation throughout.
